A member was a victim of fraud and came to the branch in Oshkosh to open new accounts. While meeting with the Financial Specialist, it was discovered that our member was paying over $700 per month on credit cards and an auto loan. We were able to consolidate all the debt into one loan at a lower rate saving her roughly $230 a month in payments. This was a relief to the member as she was retiring in a year and would be losing some of her monthly income.
