A gentleman recently called Royal’s Whitehall office to inquire about moving his IRA from a local competitor to Royal. He shared that he has a disability that makes it hard from him to get around and asked if it would be possible for someone to meet him at his home. Royal’s Branch Manager, Dawn, scheduled a time to meet him at his residence. After the meeting, he called to share how Dawn went out of her way to make sure he was taken care of, and how incredibly happy he was with the level of service he received. In fact, he was so touched by this, that he ended up moving all his banking to Royal, not just the IRA.
