After a decade of volunteering at an orphanage there, a member wished to purchase a home in Ecuador. Once we completed our due diligence, we were able to help her secure the home for which she had big plans. She shared, "This place is not a home, but it has become a beacon of light for the very poor…it took many people to help make this all become a reality, but I just need to say thank you for the part you played…Every once in a while, someone's dream will make a difference not just for that one, but for many."
