League Email Troubleshooting Tips

What Emails Does The League Send?

All members of The Wisconsin Credit Union League are eligible to receive standard member communications, including:

  • League Event Marketing Emails
  • CUEd (a monthly digest of upcoming events)
  • League & Partner Hosted Webinars (sent monthly)
  • League News (sent monthly)

Additionally, if you have signed up for any special groups such as the Activist Program, Young Professionals Network, or Compliance Courier email list, you receive:

  • Capitol Eyes (sent monthly)
  • YP News (sent bimonthly)
  • Compliance Couriers

Specialty emails are also received by particular audiences:

  • Monday Message (for credit union CEOS & League board members, sent weekly)
  • GAC Weekly Briefing (for members of the Gov’t Affairs Committee, sent weekly)

If you are experiencing difficulties receiving League emails, please try the following:

The League requests that all member credit unions regularly send a list of their employee addresses so we can ensure that our contact information is up-to-date. You can send that information to League VP of Communications Sammy Dennis.

Please contact League VP of Communications Sammy Dennis to confirm you are in our database and set to receive League emails.

Certain communications go to particular audiences only (such as credit union CEOs) or must be signed up for. If you are interested in receiving Compliance Couriers, please email us. To receive Capitol Eyes and other Activist-related emails, please sign up for our free Activist Program. To receive YP News and other Young Professionals-related emails, please sign up for our free YP Network.

Spam filters and email security software may unintentionally capture League emails. To avoid this, be sure to add League email addresses to your address book (see next question) or follow the steps in your email security software to allow emails from The League through.

Beyond the issues mentioned above, your IT may need to whitelist The League’s domain or investigate issues with your Internet Service Provider (IP) or your mailbox provider. Your IT department or support can contact VP of Communications Sammy Dennis for any additional information for troubleshooting purposes.
