A member had recently gone through a divorce and shared her appreciation for staff at one of our branch locations for helping guide her through the process of changing her joint accounts to single and to updating her information to reflect her last name change. Our staff member walked her through all of the required steps in a personable, professional manner. Later, the member realized she hadn't yet completed some of the required steps, so she stopped by the branch and was able to find the same staff member who helped her before. The member shared feedback that the experience was pleasant, despite the circumstances.
