Recently, Jana, a Member Account Representative at Royal, was able to help a Member experiencing spousal abuse. She showed care and compassion as shared the options that could be taken until the Member was able to legally separate from their spouse. Jana helped create new accounts, instantly issued new debit cards, and ensured the Member’s children’s accounts were written as intended. Jana continues to stay in touch with this Member and they have expressed how much safer they feel because of their connection.
