Responsibilities
Our Sparta Branch is currently seeking to backfill an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) position.
- We're seeking an individual that has a passion for teaching and mentoring individuals to excel in their work and grow professionally.
- The position will work alongside our Member Service Representative Lead (MSR Lead) in our Member Service Area and assist with transactions for our members, training new and existing staff on all areas of the branch and oversee the member service area to ensure that we are providing the excellent service for our members.
- Some of the essential functions of your day would be scheduling staff, answering routine to complex questions, working with the MSR Lead to provide training and mentoring, assist with financial transactions and open new accounts for our new and existing members.
- In addition, this position would work with our Branch Manager to learn the overall operation of the branch and act as the Branch Manager in their absence. This is a great opportunity for that person who aspires to lead.
- You must have three years of banking experience. Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- The ability to communicate with others professionally, stay organized and have an ability to multi-task will be great qualifications for one to have to be successful in the job.
- The majority of your work will be performed in a normal office environment, standing, climbing and lifting various object is also required on an occasional basis.
