Empowering Women in Leadership through Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Leaders often strive to help others overcome barriers to success and unproductive habits but may struggle to find the most effective approach. While listening, redirecting, offering advice, and challenging employees can sometimes work, these methods are not always sufficient. In such cases, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) becomes the most valuable skill to employ. When leaders increase their EQ skills, retention, employee engagement and conflict resolution improve. This interactive workshop for women in leadership includes large group exercises and skill practice.
By the end of this workshop, you will have practical skills and exercises to immediately implement in your leadership roles, fostering a supportive and emotionally intelligent work environment.
