We’ve returned more than $15 million to our members since 2009 through a program called Loyalty Pay Back. Member-owners who use more of the credit union’s services receive more in return. For example, members who use three or four services received $15, those who use five or six services received $50, and those who use seven or more services received $75. These are funds that we can return to members, because we are a not-for-profit cooperative.
