Royal’s Rice Lake Branch Manager recently congratulated a Member on their great credit score. His response was, “I’ve had a great teacher since I was a part of the School $ense program in 4th grade!” This Member, Noah, had worked for Royal from 2004-2006 at our student run credit union branch at his elementary school. As Noah got older, he also participated in some of the financial education classes Royal offers to middle and high school students. Noah is now 28 and has a great job that requires a lot of travel. While he may not have a Royal office close to where he works, he keeps his accounts with us and does all his lending with us. He knows we are here for him and continues to call the Rice Lake office if he needs advice on borrowing money or saving. Noah credits his financial success to what he learned starting with the School $ense program, and we are proud to have helped him reach his financial goals over the years.
