Serving the Underserved with Bilingual Staff

After hearing of the death of one of our members, we reached out to his wife to offer financial assistance and to transfer all vehicle titles to her name. As a Spanish-speaking member, she needed someone to translate for her at the DMV and Courthouse, so one of our bilingual employees traveled with her to ensure she received the correct information and all of the needed documents. Through the addition of our bilingual staff, we are now better able to reach the underserved within all of our communities to assist them with any of their financial needs.
