During a cold winter day in 2020, one of our long-time Edgerton members drove into our parking lot and our staff noticed that he didn’t get out of his vehicle to come inside. Our branch manager went out to check on him, and she found that he was literally freezing after his furnace had gone out and was suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. The branch team immediately got him help and he went home healthy after recovering in the hospital and having a replacement furnace installed. The trust he had in us to come to our credit union believing our team would help him is an amazing privilege.
