If you're fluent in English and Spanish and have prior call center experience, we will provide the opportunity for you to put your energy, skills, and passions to work, helping our members prosper.
As a Contact Center Representative (Call Center Rep) you will provide a high level of service in assisting members and potential members with a variety of phone requests, explain service, respond appropriately to situations and direct calls to the proper area. You will help members with basic to complex inquiries, such as everyday account questions and transactions (account history, transfers, loan payments, etc.), online banking questions and setup, and other more complex items. This includes follow-up via email, fax, online requests, calls & texts.
- Wage: Minimum of $18.00/hr starting
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Schedule: Must be available to work within the hours of 7:30AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday
- Weekend Schedule: Must be available to work on Saturdays from 9:00AM - 12:00PM (every 3rd Saturday rotations)
- Location: Hybrid, this position can work from home upon training completion; 4380 N Ballard Rd, Appleton WI.
- Premium Pay: Additional $1.00 per weekend hours worked
- Bilingual Premium Pay: Additional $1.50 per hour
Responsibilities
As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting members and providing prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members
- Quickly identify problems, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner
- Uncover opportunities to enhance relationships with members through active listening
- Provide knowledge and education to members on products, services, promotions and other features
- Maintain trust and integrity by ensuring members' information and transactions are held confidential
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including BSA
Qualifications

Required Experience and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of Call Center experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills

- Active listening and solve problems quickly, using a member service approach
- Good time management skills to maximize the number of members that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Strong computer skills, use of multiple applications simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience of dependability, maturity, and ability to work well with others
