Aaron Campbell

Aaron Campbell

Aaron has worked at UWCU in member facing roles for almost 8 years. Prior to his work at UWCU, he managed political campaigns in Northeastern Wisconsin and worked in the Wisconsin State Capitol for the State Senate. Naturally, promoting The Credit Union Difference is important to Aaron, and is a reason why he is involved with The Wisconsin Credit Union League. He is also a strong believer in developing credit union employees, especially young professionals, by way of networking and educational events through The League. In his off time, he enjoys getting outdoors riding motorcycles, kayaking, camping, cutting firewood, or hiking.


Kelly Culver

Branch Operations Manager
Shoreline Hometown Credit Union

Kelly has over 14 years of banking experience and has been a part of The Credit Union Movement for over 4 years since joining Shoreline Hometown Credit Union as a Branch Operations Manager. She graduated from UW-Green Bay with a degree in Environmental Science, but her passion has always been working with people. While at Shoreline, Kelly has developed programs that provide financial education to everyone in her community, specifically those who are underbanked and those who need guidance rebuilding their finances after unexpected life events. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time crafting, gardening, camping with family, and being goofy with her 4- and 8-year-old daughters. She also always tries to catch a Brewers game when she can, whether it is listening to Bob Uecker on the radio, sitting on the couch with her husband watching the game, or going to the ballpark.

Jamie Gower

Vice President of Human Resources

Jamie Gower has over a decade of experience in human resources leadership and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations. As the Vice President of HR at WESTconsin Credit Union, Jamie oversees all HR functions and collaborates with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives. Jamie's previous roles include HR Director at Eau Claire County and Mega CO-OP, where she transformed HR service delivery, managed complex employee relations, and led change initiatives. Jamie also spearheaded HR system implementations and union negotiations at Smart Sand, Inc., and Mayo Clinic Health System, leading recruitment efforts and developing training programs to support organizational growth. Throughout her career, Jamie has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance employee engagement, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and implement impactful HR strategies across diverse organizations. Jamie is passionate about credit unions and their role in supporting local communities. She believes in the power of credit unions to make a positive impact on individuals and businesses, and is dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community through her work at WESTconsin Credit Union.


Melissa Janssen

Melissa Janssen, CUDE, CCUFC

Program Director of Community Relations
Royal Credit Union

As Program Director of Community Relations, Melissa helps lead Royal Credit Union’s community engagement, advocacy and public relations efforts. She started her credit union career as a financial educator and quickly fell in love with the Movement and all things YP! She is currently a Young Professional Advisor to the Wisconsin Credit Union League Board of Directors and serves on the YP Bootcamp planning committee. She is passionate about creating new opportunities for young professionals and helping them grow as confident leaders and credit union advocates. She is very active in her community and loves spending her free time traveling and doing anything that allows her to be in nature.

Learning & Development Manager, CCUFC, CUDE
Summit Credit Union

Emily is a Learning and Development Manager who oversees retail training for her Credit Union. She has over twenty years of experience working for credit unions and is passionate about The Movement and sharing The Credit Union Difference. She’s held a variety of positions over the years including Teller, Lender, Collections Specialist, Learning and Development Specialist, and now L&D Manager. She loves guiding others to success and seeing them learn new things! She is also passionate about financial education and has worked as a financial coach for many years, guiding hundreds of members to help reach their financial goals. She also serves as an internal employee financial coach for her credit union and has facilitated sessions for the FiCEP/CCUFC program over the years, and—in 2023—became part of the CUDE family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, either watching them on the ball field or basketball court, or spending time at her cabin and going boating on warm summer days.

Chelsea is a finance professional with over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, including extensive work within credit unions. Growing up with her father in the credit union movement, Chelsea developed a strong passion for the cooperative principles that drive the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Portfolio Management at Connexus Credit Union, Chelsea’s career path has taken her from teller and member service representative to key leadership roles in accounting and finance. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and an MBA in Finance. Outside of her professional life, Chelsea is a dedicated mother of three and an avid marathoner, balancing her career, family, and personal passions with a commitment to excellence.
