VA allows LenderSelect community lending teammates, who are regulated by the NCUA or FDIC, to apply to become a sponsored agent and originate VA loans in their name. LenderSelect provides compliance, underwriting, processing and closing document preparation support. After the VA loan closes in the agent’s name, LenderSelect purchases the loan from the agent’s portfolio, enabling the agent to earn interest arbitrage.
VA loans are available to eligible military veterans that offer 100% financing with flexible qualifying criteria and favorable loan terms.
