Fitchburg Credit Union Leader Kicks Off Series of Tips to Tame Finances

A local executive is the first to share financial expertise in a video series featuring tips from Wisconsin credit unions.

Bonnie Rosenmeier, vice president of Marketing and Member Service at Dane County Credit Union in Fitchburg, talks about budgeting and separating needs from wants in the inaugural To Your Credit feature from The Wisconsin Credit Union League.

The minute-long video spotlights ways to become financially savvy.

“Setting a budget doesn’t mean you can’t spend money,” Rosenmeier says. “It simply is a roadmap to guide you so you know where your money is going, how much spending money you have and that you have enough to pay your bills when they are due.”
