The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation's Board of Directors has awarded four Professional Development scholarships to credit union professionals looking to continue their education.
The Professional Development Scholarship supports the continued education of credit union professionals and can be applied toward a credit union system program of the recipient's choosing. This year's recipients are:
- Teresa Huser, Fort Community CU - Consumer & Residential Mortgage Lending Council Conference
- Daisy Ortiz, RIPCO CU - Crash the GAC at America’s Credit Unions Government Affairs Conference
- Sarah Ruiz-Harrison, Sheboygan Area CU - Bank Secrecy Act Compliance E-School and Certification
- Cesar Valadez, Fort Community CU - Consumer & Residential Mortgage Lending Council Conference
The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes the wellness of credit unions and the communities they serve. The Foundation's resources are used to promote credit union development, help educate credit union staff and volunteers, support programming to enhance financial literacy, and assist the credit union system in times of need.
